Our policies are not documents written for auditors. They are the principles that guide every decision, every interaction, and every service Dallah Safety Academy delivers across Qatar.
Every policy at Dallah Safety Academy exists for one purpose: to ensure that everyone who interacts with us — as a learner, a corporate client, a staff member, or a partner — experiences the same standard of professionalism, respect, and care that we teach others to apply in their own workplaces.
These are not aspirational statements. They are operating commitments that we review annually, apply consistently, and hold our entire organization accountable to — from our managing director to our newest instructor. We invite you to read them, challenge us on them, and hold us to them.
Dallah Safety Academy is committed to providing safety training and consultancy services that consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our learners, corporate clients, and accrediting bodies. Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — and we treat this not as a certificate on a wall, but as a living framework that shapes how we operate every day.
This policy applies to all employees, instructors, contractors, and partners delivering services on behalf of Dallah Safety Academy. It is reviewed annually by senior management and updated when regulatory, accreditation, or organizational requirements change.
Dallah Safety Academy is certified to ISO 45001:2018 — the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Our commitment to the health, safety, and welfare of every person at our Messaimeer campus, at client sites, and in our online environments is absolute and non-negotiable.
Management accepts full responsibility for the implementation of this policy and for ensuring that adequate resources — human, financial, and technical — are provided to meet its objectives. This policy is displayed prominently at our Doha campus and reviewed bi-annually.
Dallah Safety Academy is committed to creating and maintaining a learning and working environment where every individual is valued, respected, and given equal opportunity to succeed — regardless of nationality, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other characteristic. Qatar's workforce represents over 100 nationalities, and we serve every one of them with equal commitment.
Dallah Safety Academy collects, processes, and stores personal data solely for the purpose of delivering our training services, issuing certificates, and maintaining legally required records. We do not sell, share, or use personal data for any commercial purpose beyond the direct delivery of services to the individual or organization concerned.
For data privacy enquiries or to request access to your personal data, please contact us at info@dallahsafety.com with the subject line "Data Privacy Request."
Every member of the Dallah Safety Academy team — from senior management to part-time instructors — is expected to conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times. This standard applies on campus, at client sites, in digital communications, and in all public representations of the Academy and its services.
Breaches of this policy are treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action including termination of employment or engagement. All staff are required to confirm their understanding of this policy upon appointment and annually thereafter.
Dallah Safety Academy takes all complaints, concerns, and appeals seriously. We are committed to handling every grievance promptly, fairly, and with full respect for the person raising it. Complaints are never dismissed and are never used negatively against the person who raised them.
Step 1 — Raise your concern: Contact us by email at info@dallahsafety.com or by phone at +974 4427 2727. Please describe the issue clearly, including relevant dates, names, and what outcome you are seeking.
Step 2 — Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt and assign a named contact person to handle your case.
Step 3 — Investigation: Your complaint will be fully investigated within 10 working days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case we will keep you informed of progress.
Step 4 — Resolution: You will receive a formal written response outlining our findings, any actions taken, and any remedy offered. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant accreditation body (IRU, RoSPA, IIRSM, or Highfield) as appropriate.
Learners who wish to appeal an assessment result must do so in writing within 10 working days of receiving their result. Appeals are reviewed independently of the original assessor. Full details of the appeals process are provided at the time of assessment.
Dallah Safety Academy recognizes that our operations — including our training facilities, vehicle fleet, and consumable materials — have an environmental impact. We are committed to managing that impact responsibly and reducing it progressively, in alignment with Qatar's National Vision 2030 and our ISO 21001:2018 certification framework.
Our environmental commitments are reviewed as part of our annual management review. We set specific, measurable environmental targets each year and report progress internally. We welcome suggestions from staff, learners, and clients on how we can improve our environmental performance.
Our team is happy to clarify any aspect of our company policies, discuss our accreditation requirements, or address any concerns you may have about our services in Qatar.
