Standards We
Live By.
Every Day.

Our policies are not documents written for auditors. They are the principles that guide every decision, every interaction, and every service Dallah Safety Academy delivers across Qatar.

07
Our Commitment
"The organizations that teach safety must themselves be held to the highest standards. Everything we ask of others, we demand of ourselves."
— Management, Dallah Safety Academy
Why Policies Matter

Policies That Hold Us Accountable to You

Every policy at Dallah Safety Academy exists for one purpose: to ensure that everyone who interacts with us — as a learner, a corporate client, a staff member, or a partner — experiences the same standard of professionalism, respect, and care that we teach others to apply in their own workplaces.

These are not aspirational statements. They are operating commitments that we review annually, apply consistently, and hold our entire organization accountable to — from our managing director to our newest instructor. We invite you to read them, challenge us on them, and hold us to them.

Policy 01
Quality Management Policy
"Quality is not an inspection step at the end — it is built into every moment of our process, from the design of a course to the issuing of a certificate."

Dallah Safety Academy is committed to providing safety training and consultancy services that consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our learners, corporate clients, and accrediting bodies. Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — and we treat this not as a certificate on a wall, but as a living framework that shapes how we operate every day.

Our Quality Commitments
Design and deliver training that is accurate, relevant, and practically effective for Qatar's industries
Continuously improve our programs through learner feedback, assessment data, and instructor reviews
Ensure all instructors maintain current qualifications and undertake regular professional development
Maintain full compliance with IRU, RoSPA, IIRSM, Highfield, and ISO accreditation requirements
Respond to client concerns within 24 hours and resolve quality issues within 5 working days
Conduct an annual internal quality audit and management review of all programs and services

This policy applies to all employees, instructors, contractors, and partners delivering services on behalf of Dallah Safety Academy. It is reviewed annually by senior management and updated when regulatory, accreditation, or organizational requirements change.

Policy 05
Professional Conduct & Ethics Policy
"We ask the organizations we train to maintain the highest professional standards. It would be both inconsistent and unacceptable if we did not demand the same of ourselves."

Every member of the Dallah Safety Academy team — from senior management to part-time instructors — is expected to conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times. This standard applies on campus, at client sites, in digital communications, and in all public representations of the Academy and its services.

Standards Expected of All Staff
Treat every learner, client, and colleague with dignity, respect, and professionalism
Never represent personal opinions as Academy positions or accreditation body guidance
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business data, and learner records
Declare and avoid any actual or perceived conflict of interest
Arrive prepared, equipped, and on time for all training sessions and client commitments
Never compromise training quality, assessment integrity, or certification standards for any reason

Breaches of this policy are treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action including termination of employment or engagement. All staff are required to confirm their understanding of this policy upon appointment and annually thereafter.

Policy 06
Complaints, Feedback & Appeals Policy
"A complaint is a gift — it tells us where we have fallen short and gives us the opportunity to put it right. We welcome every piece of honest feedback."

Dallah Safety Academy takes all complaints, concerns, and appeals seriously. We are committed to handling every grievance promptly, fairly, and with full respect for the person raising it. Complaints are never dismissed and are never used negatively against the person who raised them.

Environmental Responsibility Policy
"Safety and environmental responsibility are not separate concerns — they are two sides of the same commitment to protecting people and the world around them."

Dallah Safety Academy recognizes that our operations — including our training facilities, vehicle fleet, and consumable materials — have an environmental impact. We are committed to managing that impact responsibly and reducing it progressively, in alignment with Qatar's National Vision 2030 and our ISO 21001:2018 certification framework.

Environmental Commitments
Reduce paper consumption through digital learning materials and e-certification where possible
Segregate and properly dispose of all waste generated at our Messaimeer campus
Monitor and work to reduce energy consumption at all our facilities
Handle and dispose of training chemicals and fire suppressants in strict compliance with Qatar environmental regulations

Include environmental awareness in appropriate training programs to support Qatar's sustainability agenda

Our environmental commitments are reviewed as part of our annual management review. We set specific, measurable environmental targets each year and report progress internally. We welcome suggestions from staff, learners, and clients on how we can improve our environmental performance.
