Accreditation Bodies

Your name, identification, and assessment results are shared with IRU, RoSPA, IIRSM, or Highfield International solely for the purpose of registering and issuing your certificate. These are internationally recognized organizations with their own robust data protection frameworks.

Your Employer

If your training is arranged and paid for by your employer, we share your enrollment status and certificate details with your employer's designated contact person. We do not share assessment scores without your explicit consent unless required by the accreditation body.

Legal Authorities

We may be required to disclose personal data to Qatar's government authorities, courts, or law enforcement bodies where required by law. We will notify you of any such disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so.

We do not transfer personal data outside Qatar or the GCC region except where required by accreditation body processes, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.
