Your name, identification, and assessment results are shared with IRU, RoSPA, IIRSM, or Highfield International solely for the purpose of registering and issuing your certificate. These are internationally recognized organizations with their own robust data protection frameworks.

If your training is arranged and paid for by your employer, we share your enrollment status and certificate details with your employer's designated contact person. We do not share assessment scores without your explicit consent unless required by the accreditation body.

We may be required to disclose personal data to Qatar's government authorities, courts, or law enforcement bodies where required by law. We will notify you of any such disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so.

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law or accreditation body requirements.

After the relevant retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a way that prevents identification.
