The Academy is committed to safety training and consultancy that consistently meets, and aims to exceed, what our learners, clients and awarding bodies expect. Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and works as a living operational framework, not a certificate on the wall.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Qatar's workforce is among the most diverse anywhere. We don't just make room for that diversity — we are stronger because of it.
The Academy is committed to a learning and working environment where every person is valued, respected and given equal opportunity, regardless of nationality, faith, gender, age or ability.
Deliver training in both Arabic and English so language never blocks safety learning
Offer accessible facilities and reasonable adjustments for learners with disabilities
Recruit and develop our people on merit, free from bias or discrimination
Handle any report of discrimination or harassment promptly, fairly and in confidence
Keep training content culturally respectful and appropriate for all participants

Data Privacy & Confidentiality
The personal details of our learners and clients are held in trust — we protect them with the same discipline we bring to everything else.
We collect and store personal data only to deliver training, issue certificates and keep the records we are legally required to hold. We never sell it or use it for any commercial purpose beyond serving you.
Collect only the personal data that delivering our service genuinely requires
Store all data securely with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards
Never share data with third parties without written consent, unless the law requires it
Keep certification records for seven years, as our awarding bodies require
Give individuals access to their own data within 30 days of a written request
Report any suspected data breach to those affected and the authorities within 72 hours

05
Professional Conduct & Ethics
We ask the organisations we train to hold the highest professional standards — it would be indefensible not to demand the same of ourselves.
From senior management to part-time instructors, every member of our team is expected to act with integrity, professionalism and respect — on campus, on client sites and in every communication.
Treat every learner, client and colleague with dignity and respect
Never present personal opinions as Academy or awarding-body positions
Keep client information, business data and learner records strictly confidential
Declare and avoid any real or perceived conflict of interest
Turn up prepared, equipped and on time for every session and commitment
Never compromise on training quality, assessment integrity or certification standards

Complaints, Feedback & Appeals
A complaint is a gift — it shows us where we have fallen short and lets us put it right. We welcome every piece of honest feedback.
Every complaint, concern and appeal is taken seriously and handled promptly, fairly and respectfully. No one is ever penalised for raising one.
Raise it: email info@dallahsafety.com or call +974 4427 2727 with the details and the outcome you're seeking
Acknowledgement: we respond within two working days and give you a named contact
Investigation: we look into it fully within ten working days, keeping you updated on anything complex
Resolution: you receive a written response with our findings and any remedy; unresolved matters can escalate to IRU, RoSPA or Highfield

Environmental Responsibility
Safety and care for the environment aren't separate goals — they are two sides of the same commitment to protecting people and the world around them.
We recognise that our campus, fleet and materials have an environmental footprint, and we are committed to managing and steadily reducing it — in step with Qatar National Vision 2030 and the ISO 21001:2018 framework.
Cut paper use through digital learning materials and e-certificates wherever possible
Separate and properly dispose of all waste at the Mesaimeer campus
Monitor and work to lower energy use across our facilities
Handle and dispose of training chemicals and fire suppressants under Qatar's environmental rules
Favour suppliers and materials with sound environmental credentials where practical
Build environmental awareness into relevant programmes to support Qatar's sustainability goals
